What owners wrote
When I use the brakes, the doors open and passengers fall on the roadway. Then get struck by passing vehicles. It hurts when getti ng run over. Plus it sucks when the doors open randomly in traffic.
Tl* the contact owns a 2017 ford f-150. While operating the vehicle at various speeds and turning in either direction, the rear driver and passenger side doors would suddenly unlatch and open. The failure occur while the doors were in the locked position and when the weather temperature was below 15 degrees fahrenheit. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (corry ford, 13626 rt.6, corry, pa 16407) and repaired per NHTSA campaign number: 17v652000 (latches/locks/linkages); however, the failure recurred.
