What owners wrote

My 2004 ford f250 super duty crew-cab truck accelerates and decelerates spontaneously on its own while I am driving at a uniform speed. This can persist for a number of miles before abating. The engine just begins to rev up and then down for no apparent reason. When stopped at a traffic light, with my foot only on the brake, the truck suddenly accelerates and lurches forward. I tried putting it in park while at the traffic light, but it died when I did so.
