What owners wrote
Had 2 general ameritrac tires model# m&s lt235/85r16 treads completely ripped off the tires on two separate incidents, all within 16 days of eachother causing approx $8000.00 in damage & injury to my eye area. These tires need to be recalled before others are injured or loss of life occurs.
My dick cepec fc II tires had the tread seperate from the steel belts. Three developed air bubbles in the tread area, but one slung the tread off causing damage to my truck. I was told by dick cepec that the numbers didn't match the recalled tires so they would not be responsible for the tires or any damage.
