What owners wrote

We were driving down the highway going 60MPH. All of a sudden there was a loud bang and the rear sliding window exploded inside of the cab. We had our dogs with us lying in the back the glass flew into the back and even down our clothes. Nothing hit the truck. We immediately pulled over and got as much glass out of the car. It landed everywhere. It was very scary. The photo below is of the passenger side front seat. The glass blew down my shirt.

Doors do no stay closed. Had updates done on 11/25/19 second time on 11/27/19 door on right rear would not remain closed also drivers door did the same but was able to close after it warmed up . My 12 year old son and 15 year old daughter in the back. Is ford going to be held accountable for a permanent repair that works. In their customer satisfaction letter says it's a one time fix. First off it needs to be a fix.
