I recently purchased the 2017 ford fiesta, (just hit the 30 day mark), and about a week in I noticed the car do this jolt thing while accelerating. I thought I may have been just laying my foot too hard on the gas by accident but now, on a few different occasions, while slowing the car down it has violently jumped forward. It started as seeming to have a hard time switching gears on acceleration but these few times I was slowing with my put on the brake and it thrusted forward, violently.
