Tl* the contact owned a 2015 ford fusion. While driving approximately 45 MPH, the contact turned on the air conditioning and smoke appeared from the vents. The contact had to stop and exit the vehicle. The police department issued an unintentional fire report. The fire department extinguished the fire and also filed a report. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 39,000.

In october 2017 my fusion stalled out four times (three various days and one day 15 minutes between stalls) and again on november 4th. Each time I was driving less than 10 MPH; four times on a city street and once in a parking lot. In each case I had been driving for an hour or more and then stopped and turned off the car for a period of time (1/2 hour or so).
