What owners wrote
Walk out to my car saturday morning, battery was dead. I decided to buy a new battery. I installed it then went to a store. As I was coming back home, a fire started on the inside of the passenger side. I tried to make it home, but the smoke was getting to me, my windows wouldn't work. I finally made it home by that time a fire started blazing. I yelled at my wife to get a fire extinguisher. I manage to put out the flames. I have read on the web that numerous cars as mine has had the same problem.
Rain leaks into the car and cause s all manner of problems in the fuse box. Lights stay on or do not work, car cuts out on the freeway. Cruise control works intermittently. Windows may go up and down and then stay half down for some time.
