2015 Ford Mustang wheels problems

Ford has failed to make a spare wheel/tire available for the 2015 mustang. It is not standard on all vehicles (a tire inflation kit is all it comes with) and the spare wheel/tire is on back order for all dealerships because supply is low and production is being prioritized over owner availability. Therefore, I am stuck without a spare wheel/tire. I have even tried to procure an aftermarket spare and 3 different tire stores have told me they do not have a compatible spare available.

Clear coat on wheels is discoloringmand spider cranking from underneath clear coat. Ford replaced three wheels in april 2017, ford replaced one of those three after the sameness defect in october of 2017, and most recently ford replace the two rear wheels again, I am currently waiting on ford to approve another replacement of one of the front wheels for a third time due to clear coat discoloration.
