What owners wrote
I'm not sure but I think it's the regenerative brakes. They came on so hard when I let off the gas. I was almost rear ended and the guy behind me was pissed off. I was on the 15 fwy going about 70 when I let off the gas and the brakes slammed on. And on cost hwy going about 30 MPH let off the gas and the brakes slammed on.
The brakes failed while driving. While driving as a slow speed (fortunately) I applied the brakes and all the dash faults came on and the braked failed to work. I had to use the e-brake to stop. I turned the car off, back on, the faults cleared and the brakes work. This could become a deadly crash if it occurs at high speed and the need to stop abruptly happens.
