What owners wrote

While approaching intersection with green light, drivers visor fell down and completely blocked visability. Light changed causing three car accident. I was hospitalized due to injury and am now talking to an attorney about suing hyundai as this is a known problem and has not been recalled nor have auto owners been advised of issue. From searching web there are thousands of hyundai vehicles which vary in year of car that have this issue.

My 2007 hyundai accent driver side sun visor has broken just after warranty went out. It will not stay in the up position anymore. It is in my face and very hazardous while driving. I have not replaced yet because the dealer wants $190.00 to repair/replace. I have read about numerous complaints about this on all hyundai's. Please help!
