Driving in idaho, the car started to slide on snow and slush hitting a guard rail head on, causing the vehicle to careen from the right to the left side of the road. Leaving the road caused the car to flip on the roof, where the engine caught fire. Only the driver curtain airbag deployed, resulting in the driver and passenger sustaining unnecessary injury that resulted from hitting the steering wheel and front dashboard which LED to being hospitalized.
A car hit my 07 hyundai accent in a head on collision 5/6/11 when they lost control of their car while traveling north on I-275 and crossed over the center median into oncoming traffic traveling south bound on I-275 and hit me head on going about 40-50 MPH. None of my airbags deployed. I have severe to moderate injuries and my car has been totaled by insurance company.
I rented a hyundai accent, brand new on 1/13/08 in sint maarten,na for 4 weeks from ace[panoramic] rent a car contract number 589zbb971. On 2/7/08 I arrived at my timeshare, the atrium on billy foley road at approximately 9:45 pm and stopped the car to get out and use a key to open the garage crossbar before entering. I got back in the car and put the car in the drive gear and with my foot still on the brake, the car took off speeding up even as I continued to press the brake down to the floor.
The air bag light comes on. We have fixed the problem twice. The seatbelt buckle is unstable which makes the air bag lights come on. Hyundai charges to have this replaced even if u have a warranty.
I purchase a 2007 accent hyundai and while driving it stalls very dangerous. I purchased this car for my son as his first car. While the car is in motion it just stops running while the car is in motion. Wont start up for 20 min or an hour just to do it again. You can be on the highway or just up the road very dangerous. Car just stops for no reason why wasn't this car recalled.
