What owners wrote

Driver side visor fell and hit my head while I was driving on road.. It was hanging there and I couldn't see for about 30 seconds until I had to just hold it up with my hand until I got home and could get a scissors to cut the cord that kept it hanging in my face. A few months later the passenger side visor fell. Didn't think I should have to pay for this, since it is a safety issue and in 15 minutes I already found 22 other complaints of this on this and other websites.

Reported at 62,000 miles, May 2018 Injury

The driver's side visor fell on my head while I was driving on the highway. The piece that holds the visor up is broken and the visor continues to fall while I am driving, entering my view of the road or hitting me.
