What owners wrote

Soon after purchasing a 2007 entourage limited in may '07 we began to have trouble with the passenger side sliding door. The door will reopen after being closed. This was first noticed in a restaurant parking lot. Fortunately this did not result in anything being stolen, but now have to confirm door will remain closed before leaving the van. There is no pattern but problem usually occurs when other power door/tailgate is open. Taken to dealer multiple times but door worked fine. Dealer was not very helpful.

The vehicle was taken to the dealer previously where they replaced the mechanism and the failure recurred. The manufacturer informed her to take the vehicle back to the dealer for another repair.
