Tl*the contact owns a 2007 hyundai entourage. While driving 55 MPH and getting off an exit ramp, the vehicle suddenly accelerated, pulled to the left and became out of control. The vehicle crashed into a tree. The air bags did not deploy. The driver and passenger were injured and transported to the hospital. A police report was filed. The manufacturer stated that they would send someone to inspect the vehicle.
I bought a used 2007 hyundai entourage in july 2009. When we test drove it, there was no highway to take it on and it seemed ok on local road. There was a slight shimmy but we were told it was just from it sitting on lot. After purchase, when we took it on the parkway, we noticed a strong vibration in steering wheel at highway speeds. Had front and back brakes and rotors replaced, and tires balanced as well - all non warranty repairs. The problem still exists and is occurring while going down steep hills as well.
