I purchased a 2005 hyundai tucson on 2/7/07 for which the dealership was not at fault as they were lied to by the previous owner. Within a few weeks after owning the car it would just die anywhere and at anytime. I contacted the dealership numerous times to only get little assistance and a few repair attempts without success. It died 5 separate times on the 14 freeway in the evening after picking up my boys in rosamond and had 5 near fatal accidents which I documented where I was and the time and date.
