Tl* the contact owned a 2006 infiniti fx35. While driving at an unknown speed, the vehicle started pulling to the right. When attempting to make a left turn, the vehicle veered to the right and the front passenger tire detached. The contact was unconscious when she hit her head as the vehicle flipped. The air bags failed to deploy. There were no warning indicators illuminated before or after the failure. The contact sustained back, chest, and facial injuries that required medical attention.
Seat (driver's) adjustment/ movement (back & forth) has a scary 'kink/twist/wiggle'. I fear that the seat may become dislodged from it's rail/track, while driving. Also, the passenger side front electric window lift does not close, but reopens about 2-inches when the window lift button is released.
