My mother was driving her (2013) infiniti g37 on a city street when the car suddenly and unexpectedly turned off. She tried to restart it without any success and turn on her hazard lights, but the entire electric system had shut down for no apparent reason. She was very scared because cars were honking at her and after flagging down a police officer (30 minutes later), the car mysteriously turned back on. When she took it to the dealership, they did a quick computer check and told her nothing was wrong.

Air bag warning light flashing. Took to dealer for diagnosis. Service advisor stated faulty passenger sensor, cost to repair $7,388.00 + tax and service fees. Because of faulty sensor, air bag will not deploy in an accident. Repair cost unreasonable for required safety feature.
