Dt*: the contact stated while pulling into a garage at 5-10 MPH, the vehicle accelerated resulting in the vehicle crashing through the contact's house. During the incident the contact had brake failure and the air bags failed to deploy. There was frontal damage to the vehicle. The vehicle has not been inspected by the dealership. The vehicle was towed to a body shop for the necessary body repairs.

It was making squeaking noise for last several years, repaired again and again and again by infinity of memphis, paying myself, but the noise will not go away, but was told by infinity of memphis, not to worry about it, as, their computer says, my car is ok. We always take our car for servicing there only as we live in memphis and they are my dealer. On 2/9/2011 pm, while driving straight, the steering did not act right.
