What owners wrote
2007 jeep patriot - complete engine/electrics stall. Driving down a busy street and all the electronics and the engine turned off. Coasted into a side street, stopped, and put the car in park. It took about 2-3 turns of the key to start the patriot back up. Happened around the 3k mile mark.
The vehicle stalls when slowing to a stop. It is not during every stop but more likely to occur after refueling the car. On the first incident in october 2014, I had driven home from work (35+ miles) and when slowing to a stop at a light the vehicle stalled. It easily restarted and returned to normal. Since then the driving issues have increased to RPM decreases while driving on a highway ' the engine kicks/jerks the car and returns to normal driving.
