What owners wrote

Vibrating/rumbling noise through gas pedal and rear differential between 29-34 MPH while using cruise/not using cruise/letting off gas pedal slowly; dealership claims its the high gearing, its normal, we cant replicate, chrysler rep states the same thing, yet I take the service mgr for a ride and theres the noise, take service mgr for a ride in another renegade and theres the noise, supposedly they will work on figuring out whats the issue on the other renegade and then deal with mine.

The vehicle has a 3 second delay when stepping on the gas pedal before it actually executes on downshifting and accelerating the vehicle. The vehicle has an automatic transmission. The delay is only when the vehicle is in motion stepping on the gas pedal from 0 MPH will not reproduce the issue. I addressed the issue with jeep they performed a firmware update then stated they were unable to reproduce the issue however I do not believe they actually tested driving the car.
