Tl* the contact owned a 2017 jeep renegade. The contact stated when picking up a person at a community center, when the passenger entered the vehicle. The vehicle just accelerated on it's own. The contact stated they depressed on the brake pedal but the vehicle did not stop. The vehicle went a cross street and went over a guard rail. The contact stated their front driver side tire came off of the vehicle. The air bag did not deploy and there was no warning lights illuminated.
After refueling the engine stalled when I drove onto the highway. After restarting, the engine shut down. A light came in "vehicle must be in park or start". I put on 4 way flashers. After several stalls, my jeep restarted. This is the second time this has happened.
