Took the jeep to dealer for pa state inspection . During the inspection it was revealed a problem with a rear disk brake. The inside pad has wore out do to not retracting. This jeep has a electric emergency brake. I feel that there is a problem with this system, causing it not to retract the inside pad. The pad a wore complely out damaging the disk. I had to have the rear brakes replaced. Jeep has only 23000 miles on it. I believe an investigation into the electric emergency brake not working right.
