Tl* the contact owned a 2005 kia sedona. The contact stated that the vehicle lost control while turning at 30 MPH on ice. As a result, the vehicle crashed into a telephone pole and some boulders. The air bags did not deploy during the crash. A police report was filed and all three occupants of the vehicle at the time were taken away in an ambulance. The driver sustained minor contusions and a damaged knee, the other passengers were suffering from temporary amnesia. The vehicle was declared destroyed.
I was driving down the road when the clear road turned into black ice going around a corner, I then got pulled into snow and then side swiped a telephone pole that sent me into a boulder bigger than my car. The impact was at 30MPH and the air bags were supposed to deploy between 7 and 10MPH. My head when into the windshield 2 times and bounced off the steering wheel. My wife slammed her head off the dash and my daughter had a seatbelt bruise.
Several defects some were repaired some were not...I had not made my first payment on my new 2005 kia sedona when it caught on fire memorial day 05-29-06.
Brand new van from the start brakes would shake really bad. Called them, they of course tried to blame on something else, not warranty, so I took it to my mechanic I have used for 20 years, they said take it back, get new brakes and rotors. Talked them into it with a lot of doing. Not long after that I was going down a hill and when applied brakes van sounded like a train stopping, I even had the girl from kia service dept.
