Having this acident on a bright sunny day, in the afternoon during rush hour. The complete front end was torn off the vehicle causing $8.0000.00 dollars . My problem is that non of the air bags deployed. That was upsetting considering the extent of damage.
Car was struck on highway on its side and was pushed off the road through 30ft of trees. Damage to all sides of car (totaled) except rear. No air bag went off despite severity of crash.

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 mitsubishi outlander. While operating the vehicle, the windshield wipers failed to activate. The next morning, the vehicle would not start. The contact replaced the battery, but the failure continued. The contact reprogrammed the ECU and the failure was remedied. The cause of the failure was not diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 84,000.
The etacs control has caused my tail lights and tag lights to not work. This is an extreme amount of money to fix. I see there was a recall on the etacs for vehicles made in 2010 and I believe my car should be in this recall but nothing has come up according to the VIN. I cannot get my car inspected and registered due to this etacs failure.
