Reported at 260,000 miles, April 2024 FireInjury

There is a known default with the year and make of vehicle I own, yet nissan has failed to issue a recall, even though it could result in death. When driving the vehicle for 1.5 hours or more at speeds of 65 MPH or greater, the transmission overheats, and causes you to lose acceleration and power. I lost power on the parkway, was unable to move from the right lane, I couldn't even make it to the shoulder before losing all ability to accelerate my vehicle.
