The vehicle went out of control and rolled over one and half times, it appears that the driver was killed as a result of the seat belt shoulder harness being wrapped around his neck extremely tight causing asphyxia.
I was the driver of my 2000 nissan xterrain - involved in a vehicle accident in january 2003. I was completely stopped, and hit from behind by a vehicle going 40 MPH. I then hit the vehicle in front of me. The airbag did not deploy. The nissan was totalled and I was injured.
Back end has gone out of control many times for no reason, on 12-23-2000 the back end went out of control and the car went into the on-coming lane which caused a accident. All 3 of our seat belts in my car released durring the accident. I was the only one with light bruises on my hips but not my shoulder, and everyone else didn't have a mark after the 100MPH total impact accident. When the seat belt released, I broke the dash board with my knee, even though my seat was as far back as it could go.
