Brake system failure. Pedal went to floor. Occured once before without incident. This time caused major accident totaling vehicle. Applied brakes. Pedal went to floor. No warning lights came on. Related note... Both times, "low tire pressure" light falsely came on day before failure. All tires were properly inflated both times. False tire inflation low light seems to predict system failure.
The vehicle was involved in a front impact accident at 25 MPH. The driver's seat belt did not hold the driver and the air bags did not deploy upon impact. Manufacturer will be contacted by consumer.
