The accelerator (throttle) got stuck while my daughter was driving approx. 45 miles per hour and caused the car to run fast causing her not to be able to stop at a intersection sending the vehicle over a ditch and hurting her and the passenger. We have police report and pictures, no other car was involved.

While driving a rental vehicle at 52 MPH, the vehicle hit a snow drift, rolled over and went off the road, then rolled 60 ft. Down an embankment. Driver came out of the seat belt without it disconnecting and the driver's air bag did not deploy. *scc
Car wont start because of security system malfunction found out lots of other people have this same problem with no recalls yet please help!
Just a couple of days after the purchase of the vehicle the brakes were making a bad scrubbing noise, and I had no turn signal at all I noticed a clicking sound coming from the hazard warning light .during the clicking sound the turn signal would work at times and I would smell something like a burning smell. While the car was park and no one around it the lights would come on inside and out by their self and this causes my battery to go dead and I have to boost it off.
