2022 Ram 1500 cruise control problems

I was at a complete stop awaiting a draw bridge to lower. I put my vehicle in park. When the cars In front of me started to move I put my foot on the brake and turned the knob to drive. My vehicle immediately accelerated out of control. I immediately pressed both feet on the brake as hard as I could and the vehicle kept moving. I hit a guy on a motorcycle and swerved left as hard as I could.

The contact owns a 2022 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed and accelerating to enter the highway, the parking brake activated unintendedly, and the vehicle stalled. The failure also occurred while driving 5 MPH. The contact was able to restart the vehicle. No warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle stalled and lost automotive power on other occasions when the vehicle was first started, and the accelerator was depressed.
