Tl* the contact owned a 2007 toyota sequoia. While driving 30 MPH, the steering seized without warning and the vehicle crashed into a tree. The driver sustained unknown injuries that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed and towed to a salvage yard. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was 110,890.
Vehicle "lunges" forward after being stopped (at a red light mostly). Foot is completely off the gas pedal and on the brake when this occurs. Sometimes happens immediately, sometimes after a minute of being stopped. This occurs regularly when driving this vehicle.
This is very unsafe!! The vsc trac, vsc off, and brake light come on this truck. When these lights come on my car goes into a crazy slamming mode. It shakes the whole car and my car will not stop! I have babies and this is not safe for anyone on the road! The weird part is that as soon as you turn the car off then on everything seems fine and it works for a little bit then bam you are trying to stop and the car wont and start shaking out of control! Please help!
