I am filing a formal complaint regarding my brand‑new 2025 Toyota Sienna, purchased in February 2025 for nearly $70,000. I am still paying interest on this vehicle, which has failed to perform as promised. From early ownership, the vehicle had issues including multimedia malfunctions and unsafe lane‑change behavior on rough roads. In October 2025, Toyota issued a recall for faulty second‑row seats due to improper welding, creating serious safety concerns.
The contact owns a 2025 Toyota Sienna. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, and while the vehicle was parked, there was a loud rattling sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. The rattling sound was coming from the second-row seat, and the seat was noticeably loose. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V668000 (Seats); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available.
