Driver side mirror visibly rattles when driving, but even worse when on highway. Safety concern is that visibility is blurred when driving. Vehicle is available for further inspection. Safety is put at risk since visibility becomes blurred when trying to change lanes. Yes concern has been reproduced, however I was told Toyota won't declare a warranty issue because other Sienna's and models of Toyotas have similar issue. Component has not been inspected by Toyota.
The contact owns a 2025 Toyota Sienna. The contact stated while driving 65 MPH, the sunroof glass shattered. There was no warning light illuminated. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact was informed that the VIN was not under recall. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 275.
