Tl*the contact owns a 2010 toyota tacoma. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer in order have the brake override system installed. After the vehicle was repaired the brakes felt spongy. While driving 25 MPH the contact applied the brakes and the vehicle would not slowed down causing the vehicle to crash into the rear end of another vehicle. The contact suffered a minor back injury. The contact called a local mechanic to examine the brakes who confirmed that the brakes were faulty.
I was going about 30 MPH when I had to stop behind the car in front that had stopped. Stepped on the brake, the car stopped & then jerked forward. Came close to hitting the car in front.
