What owners wrote

The vehicle was in motion with the seat heater on. I noticed a burning smell and then a burning sensation. By the time I was able to safely pull over, there was a hole in the right side of the driver's seat cover, exposing the wiring and foam. My coat and clothing were burned, as well as my back. There is also evidence of overheating/burning in additional locations of the seat cover, but it only burned through in one location.

Power door lock system failure. Can not lock entire doors. Key got stuck and could not remove key from ignition. Had to call a tow-truck, pay ($350) and have taken to dealer. Dealer recommended replacing entire power door systems. Cost me about $450...went ahead and approved replacement. $350 + $450 = $800. Power lock failed again...sep-oct 2012. Dealer again recommends replacing entire power lock system. What???? No recall has be implemented or set....
