Tl* the contact owns a 2012 volkswagen jetta. The contact stated that upon placing the vehicle into park, she exited the vehicle and went to her trunk. As she was retrieving items out of the truck, she heard the vehicle rolling backwards. The contact attempted to open the driver side door but the door had knocked her down as the vehicle continued to roll backwards. After the contact was knocked down, the front driver side tire rolled over her left leg.

Car shuts off and battery light comes on immediately put on emergency flashers so I will not get hit from behind both times I have been stopped at a traffic signal I put the car in park and have been able to start the car again to get to a safe place I do not feel safe driving the car do to the fact it could stop at anytime first I took my car to my certified VW specialist he ran diagnostics kept my car for three days drove it but was unable to reproduce took my car back then again the next week same thing…
