Reported at 40,000 miles, April 2016 Fire

Hesitates during acceleration. I have reviewed numerous complaints online with similar complaints. When accelerating from a stopped position the engine hesitates around 2000 RPM. It hesitates to a point where it is a safety issue. How many complaints have to be received before nhsta acts? It has been like this since I have owned it. Took it to the dealer - initially they said there was a computer patch. Still hesitating.
