What owners wrote

Driving from ski area in line of cars at 15MPH when cars ahead started to stop. Had "snowflake" button pushed. Brakes appeared not to engage, progressively pushed on brake harder but no effect, fortunately by the time of impact car had slowed to 5MPH and airbags did not deploy. Damage to front grille. Turning off "snowflake" (ABS) returned braking to normal.

Power assist failed, making steering difficult, happened during lane change on freeway at 70 MPH, this happened in conjunction with random screen loss on infotainment screen. Also random error messages. Upon taking car to dealer, they agreed it was probably an issue addressed under special coverage 14311, but it turned out that it was not. My 24 yr old daughter was driving , I am thankful she survived, no one should experience loss of power steering, especially on the freeway.
