Vehicle was parked in a shopping center parking lot after being driven for approximately 15 minutes. When returning to the vehicle 10 minutes after parking it, the vehicle starter was attempting to start the vehicle despite no remote start or onstar app being activated to start the vehicle. The vehicle continued to attempt to crank and start, even after I unlocked the vehicle with my key fob, inserted the key into the ignition, and attempting to start the vehicle and turn off the key.
