What owners wrote

Tl* the contact owns a 2015 chevrolet suburban. While driving 55 MPH, the transmission began to slip. The engine revved and the vehicle moved forward as if it were in neutral and made a heavy, abnormal rumbling sound. The contact also smelled smoke and the vehicle was leaking transmission fluid. The contact pulled the vehicle over to the road shoulder. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was repaired; however, only parts were replaced and not the entire transmission.

My condenser went out at 96k. I contacted GM and they stated that they had a recall on the condenser. Took the vehicle in to a gm/chevrolet dealership and they began to inform me that the recall only is for vehicles less than 60k. They stated that GM knows there is a problem but due to mileage my vehicle is not covered. Due to living in the south I can not afford to have a car and not have air. So we fixed the condenser out of pocket.
