What owners wrote
The passenger side front interior chrome door handle has begun peeling which results in a sharp edge on the door handle which results in minor cuts on human hands when a person pulls on the handle to open the door. This is the same issue experienced with 2007 chevy tahoe which resulted in NHTSA ea 10004. NHTSA ea 10004 resulted in chevrolet extending warranty on this issue for 100,000 miles or 10 years.
Not sure if it is a safety issue but I have had areas of cracking on the top of the dashboard. I have never seen a vehicle have this condition with only 45000 miles on it and the fact that it is garaged frequently. There is also peeling of some type of coating in the center of the steering wheel.
