2010 dashboard cracked in to places an I'm worried that one of the near the passenger air bag would not function in a case of an accident
The dashboard is cracked on the passenger side from the corner of the airbag cover to the air vent under the windshield. The crack was not visible when the vehicle was purchased used in may 2018 but has since appeared and grown as of july 2018 during regular city driving. We have concerns the crack may interfere with normal deployment of the airbag or cause pieces of the dash to become projected through the cabin upon airbag deployment.
