What owners wrote
We purchased a new 2010 chevy tahoe with a trailer package. When we plugged the trailer plug in, we found that the no electricity was transmitted to the trailer lights and brakes. When we brought to vehicle to a chevy dealer, they informed us that the wires were not connected at the fuse box. We believe this is safety problem and a manufacturing defect.
I have read thousands of complaints about the dashboard being cracked. Mine has done the same and I had taken it to the dealer to see if it was covered under warranty and they had told me no because it did not come from the factory like that. I'm thinking well no [xxx], have an electrical issue/powertrain issue/engine issue/ etc it's probably not going to come from the factory with the issue. Anyway I am trying to contact chevrolet to fix the issue and/or put out a recall for the problem.
