What owners wrote

Back sliding door inoperable, dealership sold the vehicle this way, neglected to disclose the issue. When we noticed we refused the sale, dealership added to the sale contract that it would be fixed before delivery, vehicle was not fixed before delivery after several attempts, and a third party off site company attempted to fix the issue. Dealership had the vehicle for 36 days before coming to a temporary fix, door still has issues opening and closing.

March 2021 Injury

Sliding door on the passenger side of the vehicle will not open. Tried manually from interior and exterior, buttons on inside and key fob. Clicking can be heard when using the key fob, but mechanism will not unlock. Could not get my dog out of his crate without going to driver's side of the van, folding down seat into the floor and having someone help me pull the crate around so it's door could be opened. Van was parked.
