What owners wrote
Rear side doors were remotely controlled. Were opened, but got hung up on shopping bag. Owner put arm through door to remove shopping bag, and door started closing. It failed to reopen while arm in door way. Sensor had failed. It crushed arm. After arm was jerked out, it continued to close & locked. Also lock button had released when arm was raised, and door flew open.
2001 chrysler town & country, sliding side door motor failed very quickly. Chrysler refuses to fix problem since I'm not original owner. Also, liftgate motor failed about the same time and again, chrysler refuses to fix under warranty. Both doors are hard to open due to this problem.
