Reported at 11,000 miles, March 2016 Injury

For about a month the van's lock system to the doors would make a buzzing noise when you unlock or lock them. Since friday, august 9th 2019, the back sliding door on the driver's side will not unlock. This could cause a hazard to someone in the back, that needed to get out of van in case of an emergency. This happens when the van is stopped, of course I would not try opening it, if vehicle was moving. This should be an automatic fix from the service department, because of safety due to passengers. Thank you!
