The van was being driven when motioned by other motorist of a problem with the rear tire (goodyear wrangler radial lt 245/175/r16 4 plies), the inspection revealed a low tire, driver was going to another exit to have the tire looked at, however while driving the vehicle experienced tread separation/blow out which resulted in vehicle rollover, multiple injuries and one fatality due to tire failure.
