What owners wrote

Drove car to store, parked and turned off. While gathering my purse I noticed smoke coming from front of car. Opened up hood and flames ignited. Appeared to start @ o2 sensor @ manifold. Burned 2nd coil pack and wiring harness. Burnt up radiator fan and upper radiator hose. Fire department called to put out. Car is at local ford dealership to determine how and why fire started. So far no response or idea from them. They show one recall on corrosion of fuel tank, but say it did not contribute to the fire.

September 2017 Fire

Door ajar warning light stays on, can't lock doors. Interior lights stay on all the time, hard to see at night when driving with the interior lights on. Had to replace battery due to light draining battery. Ford needs to address.
