What owners wrote

I was driving my 2010 edge in stop and go traffic. The cars in front of me stoped suddenly so I slammed on my brakes. My brake pedal went all the way to the floor without stopping my vehicle. ( all of this is happening in seconds traveling about two to three car lengths)I released my foot and the brake pedal returned to a normal position. I pressed the brakes again and the pedal traveled all the way to the floorboard again without stopping my vehicle.
