What owners wrote
Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford expedition. The contact stated while driving approximately 10 MPH, a loud banging noise was heard from the front end of the vehicle as the wheels seized. The contact was able to travel at low speed in 2-wheel drive. The vehicle was later towed to an authorized dealer for diagnosis. The technician stated that the front axle shaft was fractured and caused damage to the transmission cooling line and oil pan.
While driving the vehicle stalls and stays in first gear before launching forward. It also will affect the dashboard gages. They will randomly shut off and/or flash different sensors. I am writing this complaint because I see that it is under investigation and want to let you know it's happened to another vehicle. This is not safe for a family car.
