My F150 was purchased new and I have had it about 3 weeks. It has 1400 miles on it. Sunday afternoon April 30 2023 I could not start my f 150. There was a warning STOP SAFELY NOW and the car would not activate the engine, or disengage the parking brake. I turned everything off and waited a few minutes then tried to activate my f150 again. Again the car was bricked. The next morning May 1 at 8 am the car functioned and normally. I contacted a Ford dealer and was advised to make a service appointment.

April 2023

The contact owns a 2023 Ford F-150. The contact stated while driving 45 MPH, the vehicle shut off and the wheels locked up unexpectedly. The check engine warning light was illuminated, with the message “Service Soon” displayed. The contact towed the vehicle to a dealer however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure, but the battery was replaced. On another occasion, the contact took the vehicle to a different dealer, and the engine block was replaced because it was cracked.
